Nourish Lifestyle Spa was created from a simple belief: self-care should be more than an occasional luxury—it should be part of how we care for ourselves throughout every season of life.
After more than 20 years in the skincare and spa industry, I created Nourish to bring together the things I value most in this work: personalized care, meaningful results, education, and an experience that gives you permission to slow down.
Today, Nourish is a personalized skincare practice where I work one-on-one with each guest to understand your skin, your lifestyle, and your goals. From customized facials and advanced treatments to long-term support for acne, hyperpigmentation, and aging skin, my approach is never one-size-fits-all.
But Nourish has always been about more than skin. Beauty in Balance is the philosophy behind everything I do—the belief that looking your best and feeling your best should support one another. My goal is for you to leave not only with healthier skin, but feeling cared for, informed, and restored.
And as Nourish continues to grow, so does its commitment to education and community—extending what I've learned in the treatment room into opportunities to support future professionals and the industry I love.

With more than 20 years of experience in the skincare and spa industry, I’ve had the opportunity to experience this profession from many perspectives—from the treatment room to spa management, training, and business ownership.
As a licensed esthetician, my approach is rooted in personalized, results-driven skincare without losing the relaxation and connection that make self-care meaningful. I specialize in customized facial treatments and supporting guests with concerns including acne, hyperpigmentation, and aging skin.
Education has always been an important part of how I care for my guests. I want you to understand your skin, feel confident in the recommendations I make, and have a realistic plan that works with your lifestyle—not simply leave with a list of products or treatments.
Today, my work also extends beyond the treatment room through Nourish Professional Education, where I share my industry experience with future and practicing beauty and wellness professionals.
At the heart of everything I do is the philosophy that inspired Nourish from the beginning: Beauty in Balance. Because caring for yourself shouldn’t be reserved for special occasions—it should be part of the way you live.
