Credit Card to Hold Reservation

In order to ensure your reserved time is held for you, we require a credit card to hold your reservation. This DOES NOT charge your card at the time of booking. You are welcome to bring any of the following forms of payment at the time of checkout: Spa Week gift cards, Nourish Lifestyle Spa gift certificates, all major credit cards (AMEX, MC, DISC, VISA), or exact cash (we don't keep cash on premises).  We DO NOT accept checks or any other form of payment.

Late Arrival

We allow a 15 minute grace period for reservations. If your service begins late due to guest late arrival, your service may still end on time. We always strive to give every guest the best and full experience, when possible. 

Cancellations and No Show Fees

If you need to cancel your reservation, we do require at least 24 hours advanced notice. If the required notice is not given, the credit card on file holding the reservation, will be charged 50% of all services reserved. 

If a guest No-Shows for a reservation, you will be charged 50% of all services reserved. 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve the desired results.

Retail: we do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

No refunds on Gift Certificates purchased.

Nourish Lifestyle Spa prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice. Nourish Lifestyle Spa reserves the right to reject any business for any reason.
