Memberships are a minimum 3 month commitment, then month-to-month thereafter. You may add up to 5 family or friends as members to your membership. Unused membership credits expire at the end of each calendar year. Membership cancellation requires a 30 day written notice by email at NourishLifestyleSpa@gmail.com. After cancellation any unused credits expire after 3 months or end of the calendar year, whichever comes first.
